Our unique volumetric pricing structure means you only pay for what we take away, but what does that mean?

Ah, the old ‘prices starting from…’ eh?

Well, yeah. Our prices starting from are our lowest and most common prices we charge, but obviously there are some factors which will change that. These are:

Rubbish location – if it is all in one easy-to-access place and corralled in one area, then great! If it needs to be gathered from multiple places on the property, we can do that too, but this will incur a small labour charge

Specific items – We pride ourselves on recycling everything, but there are some items that are more difficult to recycle and so the Environment Agency charges us additional fees to dispose of them, charges which we need to pass on to you.

Chargeable items include mattresses, fridges, and freezers. There are other items too, but these are the most common. If you’re not sure, just ask.

House clearance – As you can imagine each property clearance is different. Configuration, access, lofts, garages, sheds, outbuildings, and volume of contents are some of the factors that we will consider when providing an estimate. All these costs will be discussed with you when booking, so please give us as much detail as you can and we can give you the best estimate possible.
